Lamborghini took a step into the future with the Huracán LP 610-4, successor to the highly successful Gallardo. Fusing incredible performance with contemporary character, this model took its name from the world of bullfighting: Huracan was a fighting bull whose unyielding character made him invincible. The LP stands for "Longitudinale Posteriore", which refers to the longitudinal mid-rear engine position, and 610 refers to its horsepower.

This innovatively designed Lamborghini utilises a 5.2 litre naturally aspirated V10 engine, tuned to generate maximum power. The car is mid-engined to maintain balance and performance, combining both direct fuel injection and multi-point fuel injection. Its start-stop system helps to increase its efficiency.

Also enhancing its performance is the carefully designed aerodynamics - the large air intakes at the front of the car specifically direct the cooling air and headwind to increase down pressure on the front axle. The spoiler lip at the rear also works with the rising diffuser on the underbody to improve airflow.

Distinguished by fine materials and extremely detailed craftsmanship, the Huracan 610-4's interior oozed sophistication, featuring a 12.3 inch TFT display which can be configured in a number of different modes.

The power generated by the ten-cylinder was delivered via the 7-speed dual-clutch transmission with 3 modes - STRADA, SPORT and CORSA.

The 610-4 also featured 20-inch wheels, a carbon ceramic braking system as well as a Lamborghini Dynamic Steering system and MagneRide electromagnetic damper control.

The convertible variant of the Huracán LP 610-4, known as the Spyder, features the same engine and transmission as the coupé, weighing just a little more due to chassis reinforcing components.
