Lamborghini Aventador S: A Supercar Sharpened - More Power & Tech

Revealed in December 2016, the Lamborghini Aventador S is an updated version of the Aventador LP 700-4 with mechanical upgrades and exterior changes. Powered by a 6.5 litre V12 engine with 730 hp, this supercar can do 0-60 mph in just 2.9 seconds and hits a top speed of 217 mph.

The 4-wheel steering system and permanent 4-wheel drive give the most personal driving experience and driving dynamics. The suspension has been slightly updated and is controlled by the LDVA control unit which has four driving modes - Sport, Strada (Street), Corsa (Track) and Ego (Individual).

A redesigned nose had a bigger splitter and two new air ducts on the front bumper. Changes to the rear saw a new black diffuser with fins and three new exhaust pipes.

In 2017, Lamborghini introduced a roadster version of the Aventador S which is mechanically identical to the coupe but with a different engine cover, two storable removable roof panels and new wheel options.
