Therefore, your job will consist of carefully guiding and advising customers to ensure they are buying the correct parts at the most competitive price possible. Our customers rightly expect a very high level of service due to the pedigree of the products they are purchasing. You will need a good understanding of car parts, an excellent telephone manner and be a wiz on a computer.
